Mr. Saunders has over 15 years’ experience in public-sector leadership and strategic operations, with expertise in managing complex policy, governance, and operational portfolios across municipal, provincial, and federal environments. A retired officer of the Canadian Armed Forces (2008–2015), he developed a specialized foundation in operational planning, mission-focused execution, and high-stakes leadership.

With this experience, Mr. Saunders brings to the Polyflex Capital team a comprehensive understanding of the intersection of multi-jurisdictional regulation and cross-industry partnerships. His background in navigating intricate government frameworks and large-scale operational missions informs his integrated approach to real estate ventures and digital-era investments. Mr. Saunders will lead Polyflex Capital in its global expansion and strategic development, overseeing the firm’s transition into the digital era.

Mr. Saunders holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Anthropology from Mount Allison University.
