About Polyflex Capital Corp.
Polyflex Capital Corp. is a Canadian corporation focused on owning and operating revenue-generating real assets alongside a growing digital asset treasury. Our operations span energy-aligned digital infrastructure, industrial and commercial real estate, and compute-intensive digital asset systems across Western Canada.
Company History
Originally incorporated in April 2021 as Jump Property Corp., the company initially focused on acquiring and managing income-producing commercial properties in British Columbia. In November 2025, the company rebranded as Polyflex Capital Corp. and relocated its head office to Edmonton, Alberta. This transition marked an expansion from traditional real estate into energy-integrated digital infrastructure and compute-based operations across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
