About Polyflex Capital Corp.
Polyflex Capital Corp. is a Canadian corporation focused on owning and operating revenue-generating real assets alongside a growing digital asset treasury. Our operations span digital infrastructure, industrial and commercial real estate, renewable energy development, and blockchain-related assets across Western Canada.
Company History
Originally incorporated in April 2021 as Jump Property Corp., the company focused on acquiring and managing income-producing commercial properties in British Columbia. In November 2025, the company rebranded as Polyflex Capital Corp. and relocated its head office to Edmonton, Alberta. This transition marked an expansion beyond traditional real estate into diversified operating businesses and digital-asset-aligned infrastructure across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
